Your Source-Nexus Suite setup

Gateway runs in your browser with your Source Elements account. The installed apps and plugins activate through iLok.

Gateway in your browser

  1. Open the Nexus page in Dashboard with your Source Elements account.
  2. Click Request a trial for Source-Nexus Suite to request Gateway premium access.
  3. Follow Dashboard’s access result, then continue to Gateway.

You can use Gateway premium before activating installed software through iLok.

Installed apps & plugins

  1. In Dashboard, open Products & Downloads → Downloads → Source-Nexus.
  2. Choose the software for your computer and install it.
  3. Launch it and follow the iLok activation prompts.

Trial availability depends on your iLok account’s Nexus trial history.

Pick up where you left off.

New account, or returning from verification?

Already registered? Use your existing Source Elements account. Otherwise, choose Create account on Dashboard’s sign-in screen. It’s free. You’ll choose a username and password, enter your email, and complete profile details such as your name and location.

Follow the verification email. It opens Dashboard home. Use Open Nexus in Dashboard (new tab) to return to the selected product.

Creating an account does not itself start the Gateway premium trial.

Dashboard says I’ve already had a trial.

Keep using your existing account. Check your product access in Dashboard. That message alone does not tell you whether you currently have active trial or paid access.

I’m looking for the email.

Look for Get started for Free from Source Elements Support, including in your spam or junk folder. This is the get-started email; account verification is a separate message after registration.

You can continue to Nexus in Dashboard (new tab) without waiting for the get-started email.
